Masi Wellness conducts Wellness programs for students to facilitate their approach towards the competitive world. Wellness activities such as Yoga, Breath-work and mindful discussions not only helps the mind to be free but also promotes a sense of harmony within self and others. Through our programs and activities, we facilitate better mental and emotional bonding with colleagues and teachers. Certain values displayed by students during activities are valuable in the eyes of Masi Wellness Trainers and through proper discussions, briefing and debriefing models, we try to reach a common point from which growth is promoted and assured. Group Engagement activities are important for faculties too, for their role in students’ lives are critical.
Masi Wellness have 25+ group engagement activities suitable for students to participate in school and college compounds with proper venue safety settings.
