1. Overview
At Masi Wellness, we strive to provide transparent and fair refund and cancellation policies. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to accommodate our users while maintaining the sustainability of our programs. However, refund and cancellation for certain offerings on the website is not applicable, considering the quantum of preparation that goes in the backend.
2. Mentoring
- Cancellation at least 4 hours before class: Full refund or credit
- Cancellation less than 4 hours before class: No refund, but credit may be offered at discretion
- No-show: No refund or credit
Class Packages
- Cancellation within 7 days of purchase: Full refund for unused classes
- After 7 days: Refund available for unused classes minus 20% administrative fee
- Class packages are valid for 3 months from date of purchase
Monthly Unlimited Passes
- Cancellation within 48 hours of purchase: Full refund
- After 48 hours: Pro-rated refund for unused days minus 30% administrative fee
- Medical emergencies: Special consideration with proper documentation
3. Workshops & Special Events
Standard Workshops
- Cancellation 7+ days before workshop: Full refund minus ₹200 processing fee
- Cancellation 3-6 days before: 70% refund
- Cancellation 1-2 days before: 50% refund
- No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund
Premium Workshops & Retreats
- Cancellation 30+ days before: Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee
- Cancellation 15-29 days before: 80% refund
- Cancellation 7-14 days before: 60% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days: 30% refund
4. Online Courses & Digital Content
Course Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime, effective at end of current billing cycle
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund available within first 30 days
- After 30 days: No refund, but cancellation prevents auto-renewal
One-time Course Purchases
- Within 14 days of purchase with less than 20% completion: Full refund
- After 14 days or more than 20% completion: No refund
- Technical issues preventing access: Full support and resolution provided
5. Teacher Training Programs
- Cancellation 60+ days before start: Full refund minus ₹2,000 administrative fee
- Cancellation 30-59 days before: 80% refund
- Cancellation 15-29 days before: 60% refund
- Cancellation less than 15 days: 40% refund
- After program starts: No refund, but credit toward future programs may be considered
6. Special Circumstances
Medical Emergencies
In case of serious illness, injury, or family emergency, we offer flexible refund options with appropriate medical documentation. Each case is reviewed individually with compassion and understanding.
Weather & Force Majeure
If classes or events are cancelled due to extreme weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, full refunds or make-up sessions will be provided.
Instructor Unavailability
If an instructor is unavailable and no suitable substitute is found, full refunds will be provided or classes will be rescheduled based on your preference.
7. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us with your booking details and reason for cancellation.
- Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may take additional 3-5 business days
- Credits toward future services are processed immediately
8. Non-Refundable Items
- Processing fees and administrative charges
- Materials and equipment purchases
- Gift certificates and promotional credits
- Third-party bookings and external venue costs
9. Transfers and Credits
In many cases, we can offer transfers to future programs or service credits as an alternative to refunds. Credits are typically valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used toward any of our services.
