Samarjit is a practicing Spiritual Coach with 16 years of total work experience and proven success in the Training and Education domain with active participation in industries like Travel, Education, and Wellness. Samarjit has successfully contributed to three startups in their early phase of organization growth by developing and streamlining operations with strategic management, leadership skills, management excellence, and people management competencies, thereby improving through continuous process development & cross-functional collaboration.

As an Experiential Trainer, Samarjit has successfully facilitated 250+ training programs and travelled across India. Samarjit has functional knowledge of Leadership Development interventions and Personal development exercises. As a Wellness Coach, Samarjit has conducted over 8000 online-offline healing sessions to date. Facilitated for Master Classes with topics such as Women Empowerment, Stress Management, Co-working habits, and Spiritual Time Management are a few of them.

As a budding Entrepreneur, Samarjit likes to share business ideas and contribute to problem-solving via Organization Development methods . Samarjit has various certifications in Organization Development, HR and Wellness, thereby giving him the requisite knowledge and hands on ability to have an all round approach in providing solutions.
